Designation: Senior Manager – Solar Project Execution

Experience: 7–12 years in Solar Ground Mounted Projects

Job Role:

The Senior Manager – Solar Project Execution will lead and manage the end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar projects. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, quality assurance, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed execution plans for solar projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost control.
Oversee site mobilization, installation, and commissioning activities for electrical and civil works.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and contractors for smooth project execution.
Coordinate with design, procurement,



and quality teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders during project execution.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for all project activities.
Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, NEC, and other relevant standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality benchmarks.
Safety & Risk Management
Enforce strict adherence to HSE guidelines and electrical safety protocols.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
Organize safety training and toolbox talks for site personnel.
Budget & Resource Management
Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of critical components.
Testing & Commissioning
