Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
Prepare and execute project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Allocate resources effectively across project phases.
Track milestones, budgets, and overall project progress.

Site Management
Lead all in office engineering and construction activities.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and monitor project budgets.
Control project costs and optimize resource utilization.
Approve contractor bills and variation claims.
Ensure BOQ compliance and commercial discipline.

Quality & Safety
Implement strict quality assurance processes.
Conduct safety audits and enforce site safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Evaluate and finalize contractors, vendors,



and suppliers.
Manage relationships with consultants and local authorities.
Resolve site-related issues and execution challenges.

Reporting & Coordination
Prepare MIS and progress reports.
Identify project risks and mitigation plans.
Conduct review meetings with project teams and senior management.

Preferred candidate profile
20+ years of experience in real estate / construction / infrastructure.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large residential or commercial projects.
Solid knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, BOQ, quality control, safety compliance, contractor management, and statutory approvals.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
