Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Branch Manager
Manage and coordinate the Branch Manager's schedule, meetings, and appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS data as required
Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Branch Manager
Maintain records, files, and confidential documents efficiently
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items across departments
Assist in monitoring branch performance and daily operations
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow
Handle customer queries/escalations when required
Support in organizing meetings, events, and branch activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager

Clinic operations hours 9am to 8pm can need to be available between 8hours

Salary scale : 15.000 to 22,000 + incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to skin, hair, and aesthetic procedure inquiries.

• Provide accurate information to clients about our treatments, services, packages, and procedures.

• Assist patients in booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.

• Follow up on leads, online inquiries, and missed calls to ensure conversion.

• Maintain proper records of all client communications in the CRM system.

• Address customer concerns politely and escalate complex issues to the respective department.

• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth communication between patients and doctors.

• Promote ongoing offers/packages and encourage clients to visit the clinic.
