What You'll Do
Design and support Contact Center solutions and platforms.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and specifications.
Work with vendors, Product Owners, Development and QA teams.
Review technical designs and ensure architecture standards are followed.
Support Cloud infrastructure and network optimization.

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / B.Sc.Bca /msc/mca . with relevant experience in Contact Center / Architecture roles.
