Role & responsibilities
Develop the strategies and implement comprehensive dealer business plans to drive sales and expand the reach of products in the state at District and Taluka Levels.
Implement marketing campaigns that highlight the technical, agronomic, and economic advantages of products
Regular motivation, monitoring and training to sales team to increase the work efficiency & outputs.
Set the overall business direction, ensure seamless coordination with dealers, and oversee timely follow-ups.
