Job Description: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple domains.
Act as the primary client-facing liaison, ensuring transparent communication and strong relationships.
Drive Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Protected) to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Conduct operations analysis to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Skill Requirements
Solid expertise in Agile project management frameworks.




Proven ability in client coordination and stakeholder management.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in operations analysis and process optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana)
Scrum master certified to manage project and client relationships

Other Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
11+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/operations.
PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications are a strong plus.
