Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and architect ServiceNow HAM and SAM solutions.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
Work extensively with JavaScript for ServiceNow customization and development.
Configure HAM/SAM lifecycle processes, asset management, software licensing, and compliance.
Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flows.
Integrate ServiceNow HAM/SAM with other enterprise systems where required.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations.
Follow ServiceNow best practices while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
Collaborate with functional teams,
architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM and SAM.
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow customization.
Strong JavaScript development skills.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
Robust understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, integrations, and data models.
Ability to independently analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
