About the Role
Trinetra Digi Media is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to help grow our client base. Freshers are welcome to apply. We will provide the necessary training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Generate and qualify leads.
Explain our digital marketing services to prospective clients.
Follow up with interested leads and close sales.
Maintain daily sales records and update CRM.
Coordinate with the internal team after client onboarding.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Eligibility
Freshers can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and Google Workspace/MS Office.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Monthly Target & Incentives
Monthly Sales Target: ₹70,000 in closed business.
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month.
Employees who achieve or exceed the monthly target will receive attractive performance-based incentives.
There are no salary deductions for not achieving the target. However, consistent performance is expected, and regular performance reviews will be conducted.
