EvinceDev (Evince Development) is looking for Digital Marketing Manager as per the requirements described below. Following are the Brief points of the Job requirements
Candidate should be enthusiastic, outgoing, well-spoken, and quick to learn.
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Brainstorm current and creative growth strategies. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize solid analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Qualifications
MBA is Mandatory




A minimum of 4 years’ experience in as digital marketing manager position.

Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Detailed digital campaign planning and management skills
Primary Skills:
Demonstrable problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Very strong analytical skills
In-depth knowledge of algorithm of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹41,666.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
