Qualifications
Solid analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Proficiency in costing, budgeting, and basic financial analysis, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing setting.
Experience using spreadsheets and costing tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) to prepare detailed cost estimates and reports.
Solid understanding of materials, production processes, and supply chain concepts relevant to engineering projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present cost findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Nagpur and maintain a skilled, inclusive work style.
Prior experience in costing, estimation, or project engineering is preferred but motivated early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply.
