Key roles and responsibilities:-
Supervision and management:
Oversee daily construction activities and supervise the work of employees and subcontractors.
Ensure work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage personnel, equipment, and resources to execute the project efficiently.
Hiring and evaluating the performance of in office workers.
Maintain site discipline and ensure junior staff follow procedures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
