Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Area Operations Manager

What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day shift operations and ensure smooth store functioning
Lead, guide and motivate the team during assigned shifts
Ensure excellent food quality, service and customer experience
Handle shift-wise sales, cash management and operational targets
Monitor inventory, stock levels and wastage
Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety and store standards
Manage staff deployment, attendance and shift schedules
Resolve customer concerns and operational issues effectively
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets
Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed consistently
Assist in training and onboarding new team members

Who Can Apply?




12th Pass / Graduate / Hotel Management preferred
2–4 years’ experience in F&B; / QSR / Restaurant industry
Previous experience as Shift Manager / Shift In-Charge / Team Leader preferred
Solid leadership and communication skills
Valuable understanding of store operations and team handling
Basic knowledge of inventory, sales and cash management
Adaptable to work in shifts, weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
