Location: Dhamtari
Salary: ₹15,000 (In-Hand) + Incentives + Petrol Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to retail outlets and distributors.
Achieve sales targets and drive product sales in the assigned territory.
Identify and onboard current retail outlets.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at stores.
Build and maintain solid relationships with retailers and distributors.
Collect market feedback and submit daily sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements:
Graduate or 12th Pass.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with extensive field work and travel.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
