Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Explain real estate projects and company services clearly
Follow up with leads and interested customers
Schedule site visits and client meetings
Maintain call records and customer database
Requirements:

Experience in tele calling / customer handling preferred
Basic English and Tamil speaking skills required
Good communication and convincing skills
