Requirements

Responsibilities

SAP FI System Ownership: Jointly responsible for the SAP FI part of the S/4 HANA Retail Accounting System for Otto GmbH & Co.KG.

· System Support and Development : Provide support for daily operations and contribute to the development of the system, focusing on the GL, AR, AP modules, and the Polish SAF-T AddOn.

· Process Integration : Work on the ALE interface and process integration between distributed SAP systems for Retail Accounting and Finance General Ledger to ensure compliance with legal reporting requirements.

· Sales Tax Reporting: Analyze, configure,



and set up sales tax reporting for Poland in compliance with local tax laws, utilizing the SAP AddOn for SAF-T.

· S/4HANA System Management : Work with S/4HANA systems, leveraging SolMan (OCC, ChaRM, Focused Build), Focused Run, and Azure DevOps for project management and organization using Kanban boards.

Your Qualifications:

· Experience : 7-12 years of professional experience in the field, with a minimum of 7 years of expertise in SAP FICO.

· SAP FI Expertise : Practical experience at a senior level in setting up and operating SAP FI, including the GL, AR, AP modules, as well as connecting Logistics and Finance systems, with hands-on experience in S/4 HANA and Fiori.

· Analytical & Conceptual Skills : Strong analytical, conceptual, and abstract thinking abilities, coupled with high-level networked thinking.

· Independent Work Style : Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in the implementation of tasks and projects.

· Interest in Technology & Agile Methods : Enthusiasm for new technologies and agile methodologies, with a focus on their practical application.

· Language Proficiency : Fluent in both written and spoken English.
