5 - 8 years of relevant Recruitment experience in which at least 3 years should be spent in a senior role, as an Individual Contributor.
Experience must be in Technical hiring’s & Leadership level hiring’s. Should have Complete working knowledge of job boards, excel is mandatory. This role and requires a lot of aggression and passion for the job.
Qualification: MBA, preferable from Engineering background.
