JOB PURPOSE

- Responsible for development and maintenance of all SAP modules

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SAP consultants, developers, and analysts to achieve team and individual goals.

SAP System Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and performance optimization of SAP systems.

Issue Resolution:

- Manage the resolution of SAP system issues, incidents, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Enhancement Projects:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, plan, and execute SAP system enhancements and upgrades.
- Quality Assurance:



Ensure the quality and stability of SAP systems through rigorous testing and validation processes.

User Support:

- Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing complex SAP-related inquiries and issues.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures.

Vendor Relations:

- Liaise with SAP vendors and service providers to ensure effective support and service delivery.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the team and facilitate training programs to enhance SAP skills.
- Compliance: Ensure SAP system compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
