Position: "SR Manager-HR (Industrial Relation)"
Experience:7-15 yrs.
Location: Bangalore
- Overall responsible for entire gamut of Industrial Relations and Administration.
- To formulate and implement HR & Admin policies in line with company standards.
- To play pro-active role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations.
- To handle Social & Buyers Compliance
- Incumbent will be responsible for the Industrial relation, statutory compliance, Grievance handling, Managing trade unions, support and guidance to station managers.
- To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
