:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Infrastructure Lead to manage and oversee our enterprise network infrastructure spanning over 200 branches, on-premise data center, AWS and OCI cloud environments. This role will serve as the central point for all network-related operations, architecture, performance and security. This individual will work closely with third party vendors for day to day network operations and will ensure a robust secure and high performing network across the enterprise.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Network oversight – Own the performance, scalability and security of the enterprise network including branches, on-premise, AWS and OCI environments
- Vendor Management - Collaborate closely with third party service providers responsible for network management and uptime. Ensure SLAs are met and service is delivered with desired quality
- Monitoring and Optimization – Manage network performance, proactively identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations or technology upgrades
- Security and compliance – Ensure implementation and enforcement of security controls across entire network
- Incident Management – Act as escalation point for all major network issues. Drive root cause analysis and long-term fixes in coordination with vendors
- Technology Leadership – Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and recommend enhancements like modernization, automation
- Documentation– Maintain comprehensive documentation of network topology, configurations and vendor SOPs.

Key Requirements –

Education & Certificates:



Bachelor’s degree in Btech, BCA, BSc, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Technical Skills

- 10-20 years of experience in managing enterprise network infrastructure in hybrid (on-prem and cloud) environments
- Strong knowledge of routing/switching, MPLS,VPN, VLANs, Network Segmentation and Firewalls.
- Hands on experience with networking in cloud environment, including cloud native networking features and security groups.
- Practical knowledge of network security, including IDPS, WAF. DLP and Zero trust network principles
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi Architecture, LAN switching and MDM solutions
- Experience in managing network monitoring tools and handling complex troubleshooting
- Nice to have -Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, AWS Network Specialty or OCI networking
