Business delivery

- Monitor and optimize electrical systems—including generators, turbines, and control systems—to maintain stable power generation and minimize costs.
- Oversee and guide preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize plant availability.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on complex electrical system issues and lead root cause analysis (RCFA) for recurring failures.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improved energy efficiency, cost reduction, and enhanced performance.
- Supervise the repair, modification, and installation of electrical equipment and systems.

Innovation & Improvements

- Monitor power factor, harmonics, and reactive power compensation systems (APFC and RPC panels).
- Ensure grid power quality and liaise with utility companies to support smooth grid synchronization.




- Provide technical training, performance evaluations, and skill development for team members.
- Maintain detailed records of testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities.

Customer Focus (Internal & External)

- Collaborate with other plant departments—such as mechanical, operations, and instrumentation & controls—to ensure efficient plant operations.
- Compile and present MIS reports, project updates, and performance reviews to senior management.

People Management

- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure high-quality work and a productive, efficient setting.

Safety & Compliance

- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols, regulations, and permit systems.
