We are seeking a highly skilled JIRA and Confluence Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess a robust proficiency in JIRA, demonstrating an ability to troubleshoot various functionalities.

Key responsibilities include creating and managing projects, configuring workflows, and developing screen schemes. A deep understanding of different issue types, custom fields, tags, and generating comprehensive reports in JIRA is essential. Additionally, you will be expected to implement automation features to streamline processes.

Furthermore, the candidate should have substantial experience with Confluence, including administration-level functions.

Responsibilities will involve creating and managing pages, setting permissions,



and establishing spaces to facilitate collaboration. The role also requires adept troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently.
