We have immediate openings for "Sr Executive-Finance" for our Reputed MNC Client located in Bangalore.

About Position:-

Position: “Sr Executive Finance"

Qualification: CA (Qualified/Intern)

Experience: 1-3yrs.

Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing industry

Location:-Bangalore

Specific Responsibility

1. Preparation of the Schedules for various GL accounts assigned
2. Monthly MIS on Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credits, Bank Deposits, Tax assessments status and Insurance Claims pending
3. Lodging the Insurance claims and follow-up to receive the claims in time.
4. Quarterly advance tax calculations and payments
5. Attending to Income Tax matters including Transfer Pricing up to assessments in coordination with consultants
6. Coordinating various audits like Stat, Tax, TP, Internal etc., along with Asst.Manager
7. Assist to the Manager at the time of Finalization of accounts and Tax returns
8. Monitoring of Bank Deposits for its maturity, placement and ensure the maximum benefit of Interest
9.



Coordinating with Secretarial consultants to ensure the secretarial compliance and keep the records up to date
10. Ensure proper backups for the Schedules to signed financials to ensure the smooth flow of Tax assessments later
11. Ensure the appropriate provisions made for the assigned GL on monthly basis
12. Ensuring the compliance of the exception raised by with respect to ICFR and internal audit teams
13. Ensuring the Compilation of GL schedule files (Soft copies by 9th working day & Hard copies by 20th day) & Review.
14. Ensure correct accounting of the entries reflecting the correct division wise balance sheet accounting

Skill Sets:

1. A high level of Proficiency in Financial Accounting and accounting Standards
2. Interactive and able to coordinate well with all the departments across the organization and with the auditors.
3. Effective communication skills
4. Computer savvy, with good skill set on Excel and other MS applications.
