Designation - Sr. Executive (Spares and Logistics)

Job Role under Spares & Logistics:-

1. Customer Relation.

2. Coordinate with Stores and Packaging team on a daily basis.

3. Billing System.

4. Preparation of Data for Spares Related.

5. Coordinating with Customer for Debtors Recovery (Spares).

6. Cold Calls to the Customers.

7. Coordination with Stores & PPC Department regarding spares.

8. Making Offers if Needed.

9. Coordinating with Transporter over Mail & Phone.

10. Making database of Spares Customers & Updating the same.

11. MIS reports.

12. Coordinate with Transport Vendor.
