- Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies for stamping, fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
- Prepare product development plans and timelines.
- Coordinate prototype development and validation activities.
- Support design modifications for manufacturability (DFM).
Process Automation & Industrial Engineering
- Identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvement.
- Design and implement:
- Pick-and-place systems
- Pneumatic and hydraulic automation
- Robotic welding cells
- Conveyor systems
- Vision inspection systems
- Automated material handling systems
- Develop semi-automatic and fully automatic manufacturing solutions.
- Conduct cycle time studies and OEE improvement projects.
- Evaluate ROI and payback for automation investments.

Educational Qualification Required :
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Automation Engineering
- Additional certification in PLC, Robotics, Industrial Automation, or Lean Manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Experience - 3-4 Years in Precision Stamping Industry, Sheet Metal Fabrication .
