We are having an urgent opening for the position of Sr. Executive - Account for a reputed company in FMCG Industry at the Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli)location.

The ideal candidate would be 30+ years of age with minimum 5 years of experience doing similar jobs. The candidate should be hardworking, sincere and honest. He/ She should have clear oral and written communication. The person should be comfortable interacting with people and work in a team. He should be willing to learn new things.

Working on Tally, generating data and MIS reports on Tally ERP 9, Running Trade Schemes and Special Discounts on Tally, Maintaining soft and hard copies of all financial transactions

Reporting To CFO

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing Accounts of all Customers, vendors and employees of the company.
- Using Tally effectively to generate invoices, C/N, D/N, Ledgers etc.
- Maintaining Cash Book, cash flow statement on weekly basis
- Operating Trade Schemes, Discounts, special offer through Tally ERP 9
- Maintaining and safeguarding vouchers, bills invoices, financial transactions history for audits and future reference
- Preparing P&L; Statements, Balance Sheets, reconciliation with bank accounts




- Working out Cost Sheets for products
- Following up on receivables and process payments
- Valuable knowledge of TDS and GST.

The Jobs to be done on day to day basis:

- Checking and uploading Price List, Schemes, Special Discounts etc on Tally ERP 9
- Manage Masters of different types of Customers
- Generate Invoice, C/N, D/N
- Maintain cash book, ledgers
- Release payments
- Follow up for receivables

- Proficiency in excel including advance excel functions and Tally ERP 9
- In depth knowledge of Accounting Procedures and Industry Best Practices.
- Preparing and Presenting Reports and Analytics, Attending Meetings etc.
- The candidate should be willing to own responsibility for the job assigned to him
