Education BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering Experience of 3-8 years in Facade design working in a BIM environment. Exposure in ME preferred
Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge
- Behavioral: Work under pressure, Lead a team to deliver as per requirement
- Functional: Manage day to day work with proper planning for self and the entire team

- Education BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering
- Experience Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Façade design working in BIM environment. Exposure in MEpreferred
- Understanding of basic principles of Façade
- Understand the BIM requirements in Façade design
- Handle 3D creation if complex façade elements
- Understand clients 3D drawings and incorporation of Façade 3D models on it
- Knowledge of building design codes and international standards is an advantage
- ACad 2D & 3D, Inventor, Rivet and other 3D software used in building and construction industry
- Positive to have-Knowledge of analysis software like Ecotect, Revit & structural analysis SW like STAAD
