1. Product Development:

- Assist in the development of new cement, concrete, and geotechnical composite products from concept to market based on identified needs.

- Contribute to continuous improvement in existing products to enhance performance and meet evolving market demands.

1. Testing and Quality Control:

- Conduct lab testing procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of cement, concrete, soil testing, and geotechnical products.

- Implement and maintain rigorous testing protocols to validate product performance and compliance with industry standards.

- Perform raw material testing to ensure suitability and quality for product development.

1. Documentation:

- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for all R&D; activities, including test results, project progress, and product specifications.

- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of all testing and development processes.

1. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Product Manager, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility and performance.





- Foster a collaborative environment to facilitate innovation and efficient product development processes.

1. Team Support:

- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
- Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Material Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field with 3-5 years experience
- Proven experience in R&D;, specifically in cement, concrete, soil and geotechnical composites.
- Robust hands-on experience with testing and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in preparing reports and conducting testing as per Indian and international standards like ASTM, EN, ISO, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for cement and geotechnical products.
