Prior experience may be in business consulting for any engineering or manufacturing clients .

Candidates from BIG 5 Management Consulting firms would be ideal.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging trends, industry challenges, and client demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate innovative service ideas that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop detailed service proposals, including value propositions, target audience, pricing strategies, and projected ROI.
- Design new service offerings, leveraging your understanding of client pain points and market gaps.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed services.
- Lead the end-to-end development process, from ideation to launch, including timeline management.
- Continuously monitor the performance and impact of launched services, gathering feedback and insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our services remain relevant and cutting-edge.

Qualifications & Skills:





- BTech (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical) and MBA
- Proven experience (5-15 years) in service design, innovation, or product development, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
