ï¬Proven experience as a Financial Controller,
Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant ï¬Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures ï¬In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) ï¬Awareness of business trends ï¬Familiarity with financial accounting statements ï¬Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process ï¬Advanced MS Excel skills including Lookup and pivot tables ï¬Accuracy and attention to detail ï¬Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills ï¬Experience using financial software (Tally) ï¬Knowledge of financial regulations ï¬Excellent analytical and numerical skills ï¬Sharp time management skills ï¬Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data ï¬Qualification –
Minimum Graduation + 12 to 15 years work experience in real estate ï¬Professional qualification as a CMA/ CFA/ CPA is considered a plus
