Background i) Educational Qualification

Essential:

- Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engg. from reputed Polytechnic/ Institute

- Minimum 60 % marks
- Should have been consistent & secured good percentage throughout academics (SSC, HSC (if appeared) etc)

Job Role & Responsibilities

Role:

1. Designing / Modelling of engine parts like crankcase, covers, gears, forks, shafts, clutch, and levers, etc.

1. Ability to build models with relevant manufacturing methodology, Peripheral constraints.

1. Knowledge of Engine to Vehicle Interface w.r.t. Transmission, Crankcase, Lubrication, Cooling and Sealing systems Parts

1. Knowledge of Forged,



Casted and Sheet Metal Modelling.

1. Basic know-how about Design Guidelines, DFMEA, DVP, Quality documents.

Technical/ Functional:

- Knowledge UG Nx – 3D Modelling, Surface modeling, Assembly, Drafting

- Basic Knowledge of Team Center

- Basic knowledge of GD & T, DFS, DMU, DFM, Basic Quality standard

- Creativity

- Good communication skill
