Essential :

- Diploma Mechanical Engg from reputed University / Institute

- Should have been consistent & secured good percentage throughout academics (SSC, Diploma)

Experience

Minimum – 7 years Maximum – 15 years

Age limit

Minimum – 25 years Maximum – 33 years

Job Role & Responsibilities

Role:

Support the entire design lifecycle of two wheeler Rolling chassis components which includes the following stages

1. Sound knowledge of chassis components- Frame/Handle bar system/Fabricated parts/Brakes/Suspension/swing arm assembly/Wheels/Forging & Casting parts.

1. Proficient in CAD UG-NX/CATIA ,Team center or equivalent PLM software

1. Ability to do multitasking: Testing co-ordination & Benchmarking.

Knowledge on different types of materials, manufacturing processes used in chassis component system mentioned above

1. Application of GD&T;, DFMEA, DFM etc

Technical/ Functional:

- Proficient in chassis component design in either of the following systems/ Frame/Handle bar system/Fabricated parts/Brakes/Suspension/swing arm assembly/Wheels/Forging & Casting parts.

- Good understanding & awareness of recent technologies used in vehicles

- Basic knowledge of vehicle layout design, ergonomics and homologation requirements

- Good communication skills
