As a Source to Pay - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving finance operations within our Finance practice. You will be responsible for leading and innovating processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills to lead large projects, provide strategic advice, and maintain operational excellence.

You will interact with key stakeholders at a strategic level, using your influence and experience to deliver quality results and contribute to the firm's business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Leading finance operations projects and managing stakeholder expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of finance-related initiatives
- Utilizing technical proficiency in finance operations to enhance process efficiency
- Building and maintaining relationships with business leaders to identify and address operational challenges
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable finance solutions




- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across finance operations teams
- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within finance frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing finance processes and improving business performance
- Serve as the lead Product Manager for the enterprise S2P solution within Financial Services Operations. Own the entire product lifecycle from configuration governance, change management, release planning and readiness, to ongoing system optimization and stability monitoring.
- Manage and develop a small team of procurement technology analysts, providing direction, workload oversight, and coaching to support operational excellence and product delivery.
- Support adoption and expansion of the firm’s Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) platforms across additional business units and territories, partnering with stakeholders to enable successful onboarding and use.

What You Must Have

- At least 10-15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Assist in supporting product vision, strategy, and backlog management for the SAP S4HANA System and finance systems.

- Gather and document requirements, helping prioritize features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to facilitate communication and feedback.
- Support development teams by tracking progress and participating in agile ceremonies.
- Assist in monitoring system performance, user feedback, and KPI tracking.
- Identify and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- Support compliance efforts and promote best practices in product management and agile methods.
