Contrails AI is an early-stage, VC-backed AI startup building solutions for the online safety space. We work on next-generation problems like deepfake and synthetic media investigation, multimodal content understanding & moderation, AI guardrailing and lot more.
What you will do:
- Build and ship full-stack product features across frontend, backend, and infra.
- Work on AI/ML data pipelines and model deployment pipelines.
- Design systems that are scalable, reliable, and ready for growth.
- Identify bottlenecks early and architect solutions before they become problems.
Collaborate closely with the founding team on core product decisions and execution.
What we are looking for
2+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with strong hands-on experience:
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind
- Backend & MLOps: Python, Node.js / TypeScript, AI/ML data pipelines, MLops, CI/CD
- Someone who can spot bottlenecks early and build for scale.
- Robust product sense and a systems-thinking mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
