Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for content strategy, campaign planning, engagement growth, and brand positioning across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Create and manage content calendars, reels, posts, and stories.

- Coordinate with designers, video editors,



and marketing teams.

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.

- Manage paid social media campaigns and promotions.

- Monitor trends, influencers, and competitor activities.

- Build and maintain brand engagement with followers and clients.

Requirements

- 3 – 4 years experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- Strong understanding of Instagram growth, reels strategy, and engagement tactics.

- Positive communication and creative skills.

- Experience with social media analytics tools and ad managers is a plus.

- Interest in fashion, luxury, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in

- Luxury brands

- Salon & Spa industry

- Bars, lounges, and hospitality

- Fashion or lifestyle brands

will be preferred.
