We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in the manufacturing or building materials industry, or freshers with a background in civil engineering who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise in office carpenters and oversee the installation of doors

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain quality standards

- Coordinate with subcontractors and manage on-site resources effectively

- Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled

- Maintain daily site reports and resolve customer concerns promptly

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering preferred

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision (freshers encouraged to apply)

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Good communication and problem-solving abilities

- Willingness to work at project sites as required
