We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at construction/project sites in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible forensuring that projects are completed ontime,within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work setting
- Handle on-site issues and provide quick resolutions
- Maintain proper documentation and site records
- Assist in material planning and inventory management
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in site supervision (construction/interior projects preferred)
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Ability to read drawings and plans
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai for site work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in residential/commercial project execution
