- Build and develop the project team to ensure high performance by providing clear purpose, direction, and motivation.

- Lead projects from start to finish, including defining requirements, setting schedules, estimating budgets, and planning implementation, while managing risks.

- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget.

- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status and changes.

- Set and manage processes for project scope, quality, and performance standards, and assess risks.

- Manage performance databases across digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.

- Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and contractors.

- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

- Report project outcomes and risks to management and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience on site.

- Experience with tools like, Autocad, & MS office for usability.

- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.




- Proven success working with all management levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid presentation skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

- Experience with project planning software like Zoho Projects.

- Experience in developing internal process platforms.

- Experience in coaching project team members to enhance their skills.
