- Responsible for GDC post casting processes - Riser cuttings, Sandering, De coring, Heat treatment.
- Post cast production execution as per PPC requirement.
- Material movement to next stage and receipt.
- Cutting fixture developement for Production process.
- Operating as per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Responsible for accountability of castings and returns.
- 5S & Safety of the workman & Equipment
- Train and coach the employees and employee motivation.
Requirements
1. Able to work in shifts.
- Problem solving techniques to avoid production loss
- Capable of handling Hindi manpower.
