Job Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in induction furnace operations (preferably 22 MT furnace)
- Robust knowledge of billet production, including:
- Tested billets
- Vanadium alloy billets
- Copper alloy billets
- Ability to manage shift operations, control consumption, and ensure production efficiency
- Experience in handling furnace crew, material planning, and troubleshooting

Working Hours: 12-hour shifts

Salary: As per experience and capability

Preferred Candidate

- Prior experience in a steel plant with similar capacity and has a good knowledge of tested billet
- Strong understanding of yield, recovery, and cost control
- Practical, shop-floor oriented approach

- Production Management: Achieve daily production targets, monitor process parameters,



and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage the performance of the shift staff to optimize efficiency.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Operational Troubleshooting: Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and resolve equipment breakdowns.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate daily production, maintenance, and incident reports.
