- Multiple Call Reports
- Email Functionality from Salesforce to Lotus Notes
- Designing new Report.
- Should have (Admin + Developer) experience with APEX programming knowledge
- Flexible to work in any shift depending on client requirement
- Should be able handle top management Sales & Marketing and Quality team
- Serves as a liaison between Business and IT for support & enhancements which include Requirement gathering,
Solution development, Testing, and Deploying the solution to production
- Good in analytical experience and understanding internal IT processes
- Candidate should be very strong in communication, presentation, and consulting skills
- Working under global environment and a chemical industry client is a plus
