Job Title: ServiceNow HAM Pro / HAM-SLTN Developer

Experience: 4–5 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HAM Pro / HAM-SLTN Developer with strong expertise in Flow Designer development, Catalog development, scripting, and workflow customization. The role requires hands-on experience in building and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM), CMDB, and Service Catalog.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with a focus on ITOM, ITAM, and HAM.

- Develop, customize, and administer core ServiceNow modules including:
- Hardware/Software Asset Management,

- CMDB,

- Service Catalog,

- Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio Management,

- Content Management System.

- Design and implement client scripts,



business rules, script includes, UI actions, UI macros, UI pages, and portals/sites with clean and well-documented code.

- Customize HAM workflows, client scripts, and create custom modules/solutions in ServiceNow.

- Perform troubleshooting, defect fixing, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.

- Work extensively on integrations with 3rd party tools, applications, and systems using SOAP and REST web services.

- Prepare design documents, test cases, and perform unit testing.

- Ensure compliance with ITIL methodologies and processes, with hands-on ITIL process implementation.

- Contribute to technical delivery including documentation of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Work in a SAFe Agile methodology environment.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (server-side and client-side scripting).

- Proficiency in Flow Designer and Service Catalog development.

- Experience with ServiceNow Development APIs and Integration Hub.

- Knowledge of Fullstack development (JavaScript, ReactJS, JSON, SQL/MySQL) – preferred.

- Expertise in Content Management System / Portal Development / ServiceNow Workspace Builder.

- Experience with LDAP integration.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Hands-on experience with design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform.
