We are seeking talented ServiceNow GRC/IRM SSEs with solid expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The role requires a mix of technical configuration, scripting, and functional knowledge of ServiceNow to deliver scalable solutions in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions and components.

- Work on ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB.

- Develop and maintain custom applications and automations to enhance IRM capabilities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective GRC/IRM solutions aligned with industry best practices.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies,



and platform guidelines.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, AngularJS.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and configuration methodologies.

- Solid understanding of GRC/IRM industry trends and frameworks.

- Knowledge of integrations with third-party applications.

- Experience with CMDB design and maintenance.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory.
