Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, specializing in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow Development:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HR Service Delivery modules.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business needs and requirements related to HR Service Delivery.

- HRSD Module Expertise:

- Demonstrate proficiency in core HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Agent Workspace.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into effective ServiceNow HRSD configurations.

- Integration and Automation:

- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and tools to streamline processes.
- Design and implement automation solutions to optimize HR service delivery workflows.

- Customization and Scripting:

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance platform functionality for HRSD.
- Customize forms, lists, and workflows to improve the overall user experience for HR processes.





- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Communicate effectively with HR teams to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proven expertise in implementing and customizing ServiceNow HRSD modules.

- Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.

- HRSD Knowledge:

- In-depth understanding of HR service delivery processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with core HRSD modules in ServiceNow.

- Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate HR requirements into technical solutions.

- Certifications:

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in HR Service Delivery is a plus.

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
