​​​Role Overview (Service Now)

- Own end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM architecture and solution delivery.

- Provide architectural leadership across ITOM, CMDB, integrations, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy and business objectives.

Architecture & Design

- Conduct design and discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

- Capture and document business and technical requirements.

- Map requirements to ServiceNow ITOM capabilities and platform best practices.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions.

- Produce and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.

- Define API-based and MID Server integration architecture.

Integration Architecture

- Design and govern integrations between ServiceNow and non-ServiceNow systems.

- Lead Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow integration using Graph API.

- Architect CMDB data ingestion and synchronization from Intune into ServiceNow.

- Design and implement Nexthink and ServiceNow integrations.

- Architect third-party chatbot integrations with ServiceNow.

- Ensure integrations meet security, performance, reliability, and support standards.

ITOM & CMDB Governance

- Own CMDB architecture, data model, and integration strategy.

- Define CMDB governance, data quality controls, and reconciliation rules.

- Support ITOM capabilities including Discovery and Service Mapping.

- Ensure CMDB accuracy,



lifecycle management, and operational usability.

Mobile & Enablement

- Configure ServiceNow Mobile App for:
- Incident creation

- Service request creation

- Status validation

- Approval workflows

- Define IT staff enablement and training strategy.

- Develop training plans, knowledge assets, and operational documentation.

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Define overall testing approach and strategy.

- Prepare unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and UAT plans.

- Review and approve test cases, test scripts, and test artifacts.

- Support defect resolution and test sign-off activities.

Deployment & Operations

- Participate in deployment, cutover, and release planning.

- Create and maintain risk and mitigation plans.

- Support transition to operations, including handover documentation.

- Lead or support hypercare activities post go-live.

- Ensure operational readiness and BAU support enablement.

Experience & Skills

- Senior experience as a ServiceNow Architect with robust ITOM focus.

- Strong integration architecture experience (REST APIs, MID Server).

- Hands-on experience with Intune, Nexthink, CMDB, and mobile configurations.

- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

- Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership capabilities.

- ServiceNow ITOM or Architect certifications preferred.
