ServiceNow Architect:

We are hiring a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of IT Operations Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep platform knowledge, strong architectural principles, and hands-on expertise in building scalable and integrated ITOM solutions that improve visibility and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Required Skills

- 8–12 years of total IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.

- Deep expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management modules.

- Robust knowledge of MID Server architecture, probes, sensors, identifiers, and CI class models.

- Experience in designing and maintaining CMDB data integrity and reconciliation logic.

- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, Splunk).

- Ability to define ITOM roadmaps, lead client discussions, and guide technical teams.

- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and automation policies.

- ServiceNow certifications such as CIS–ITOM, CSA, or CTA are highly desirable.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
