We are looking for a motivated fresher/2-3 years of experience with an ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics to join our service team. This role involves handling basic maintenance, repair, and service of fragrance diffuser machines at client locations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, servicing, and routine maintenance of fragrance diffuser machines.
Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor electrical repairs under guidance.
Ensure timely visits to client locations.
Maintain service logs and report completion of tasks to the service manager.
Provide courteous support to clients and uphold company’s service standards.
Assist in warehouse/office tasks related to machine testing and upkeep, when required.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
Basic knowledge of wiring, connections, and electrical repairs.
Willingness to travel to different client locations across India (primarily Delhi/NCR).
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
Must have valid driving license and own vehicle (scooty/bike) for local travel.
