Service Incharge The Role The Service Incharge will be responsible for Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting or maintenance of machines and related activities for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage workforce of 20 to 30 skilled service engineers
- Ensuring work allocation to engineers based on work location, complexity and expertise.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase and Sales Team
- Resolving customer complaints and issues related to machine functioning.
- Conduct FAT with customers and make final FAT reports.
- Responsible for machine to be ready for dispatch based on FAT reports.
- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project mile-stones until dispatch.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, productivity,



Waste elimination and optimizing resources will be the key deliverables.
- Preparing Service plan for the month and week and ensuring daily implementation.

- Exposure to capital equipment installation and commissioning, machine building, Industrial products manufacturing.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams. Cutting-edge and independent thinkers for improvements for manufacturing will be key to success.
- Excellent Management Skills
- Well spoken (English speaking and writing)
- Quick learner with Service orientation and ready to visit customer site.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Should work dedicatedly, Hard Working and Punctual at work.
- Have knowledge of Good manufacturing practices for Machines
- Since catering to pharma clients, professional dress code and proper haircut and neatly shaven.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: BE / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering) with 10 to 15 years of experience in Packaging / Processing machinery industry for Pharma / Food sector.
