We are looking for an SEO Specialist to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. We are looking for an analytical and perceptive skilled who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role. Below are the Key Responsibilities of the role

Key Responsibilities:

- Keyword Research:

> - Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases that align with the business goals.

> - Analyze keyword competition and search volume to make informed content and optimization decisions.

- On-Page Optimization:

> - Optimize website content, meta tags, and HTML elements to enhance search engine crawlers' understanding of the site's relevance.
>
> - Ensure proper URL structure, internal linking, and mobile-friendliness for a seamless user experience.

- Content Development:

> - Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, keyword-rich content that appeals to both users and search engines.
>
> - Implement SEO best practices for content, including keyword integration, headers, and meta descriptions.

- Off-Page Optimization:

> - Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the website's authority and credibility.
>
> - Monitor backlinks for quality and relevance, disavowing toxic links when necessary.

- Technical SEO:

> - Identify and address technical issues that impact website performance, such as site speed, crawlability, and indexability.
>
> - Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO enhancements,



such as improving site speed, mobile optimization, and schema markup.

- Analytics and Reporting:

> - Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to track website performance, keyword rankings, and user engagement.

> - Create regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors' SEO strategies and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Algorithm Updates: Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.

- Local SEO: Optimize websites for local search by managing Google My Business profiles, local listings, and online reviews.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in SEO

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and websites simultaneously

- Creativity and the ability to think strategically to drive organic search growth

- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors

- Knowledge of how page load and server response time impacts organic rankings

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming frog or similar platforms
