- Settlement ratio- Claims disposal
- Overall TAT
- Audit compliance
- Grievance resolution as per company standard. Ensuring quality claims servicing to customers as per company norms/philosophy
Leading the team & guiding on technical & non-technical aspects related to claims management
Around 15 to 20 years of working experience in non-motor claims having direct exposure to large claims handling in Fire ,Eng/marine, Misc line of business
