- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the IT industry in skilled services / solution engineering / consulting with 5+ years of experience primarily in Veeva CRM & Veeva Align Customization, System Integration and deploying solutions
- Strong understanding of Veeva Align Development and configuration options
- Experience in Veeva Align and Veeva CRM
- Experienced in integrating Align and CRM
Experience in providing the following support services on the Veeva Align cloud System configuration changes:
- Ongoing application maintenance
- Release management
- Impact assessments
- Handling Change Requests
- Handling Service Requests
- User administration and maintenance
- Troubleshooting of Veeva CRM/Align
- Data loads
- Create/updates reports and dashboards in Veeva
- Support Level 2 tickets
- Experience in SQL and Data warehouse will be helpful
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical peers and business users
Daily responsibilities:
- Daily interact with team and make sure tasks on track
- Highlight challenges and roadblocks in management calls
